Where is My Seat?
All rows in the Main Theatre are named A through W. The seat numbers start on the right (north) of the auditorium and move to the left (south). Stage II has general seating. Our highly trained ushers would be happy to show you to your seat.
Washrooms are located on the lobby level. There are disability access stalls in the main washrooms
The Arts and Culture Centre is fully wheelchair accessible. As wheelchair seating is limited, please book these seats in advance.
Please let the Box Office know of special needs when ordering tickets.
The bar is usually open before a performance and during intermission, with a selection of beer, wines and spirits. Drinks are not permitted in the theatre – only bottled water is permitted.

Latecomers – A Friendly Reminder
In order to ensure an enjoyable theatre experience for all, latecomers will not be seated until there is a suitable break in the performance, and will be seated so as to not interfere with the other patrons’ enjoyment of the performance.
Scents & Sensibility
Many patrons are bothered by strong scents; some have severe allergic reactions. Please limit your use of scented products before coming to the theatre.
Cameras, audio and video recordings are prohibited at all performances.
Some musical concert performers allow photos. Please respect their requests.
