Disability Parking spaces are located on the west side of the building Coat Check There is an un-staffed coat check available in the lobby Where is My Seat? All rows in the Main Theatre are named A through W. The seat numbers start on the right (north) of the auditorium and move to the left (south). All rows in Stage II are named A through V. Our highly trained ushers would be happy to show you to your seat. Washrooms Washrooms are located near the Backstage Pass Lounge and near Stage II. There is an accessible/family washroom located near the Backstage Pass Lounge as well as disability access stalls in the main washrooms. Disability Access The Arts and Culture Centre is fully wheelchair accessible. As wheelchair seating is limited, please book these seats in advance. We also offer hearing assist devices. Please let the Box Office know of special needs when ordering tickets. Backstage Pass Lounge The bar is usually open before a performance and during intermission, with a selection of beer, wines, spirits and snacks. Drinks and food are not permitted in the theatre – only bottled water is permitted. Need to leave a number for the babysitter? Telephone number (709) 643-4553 is answered all night, or you may leave a message Latecomers – A Friendly Reminder In order to ensure an enjoyable theatre experience for all, latecomers will not be seated until there is a suitable break in the performance, and will be seated so as to not interfere with the other patrons’ enjoyment of the performance. Scents & Sensibility Many patrons are bothered by strong scents; some have severe allergic reactions. Please limit your use of scented products before coming to the theatre. Cameras, audio and video recordings are prohibited at all performances. Some musical concert performers allow photos. Please respect their requests. Please Remember to Check your tickets for curtain time and date Turn off all cellular phones and pagers during performances* Be comfortable. Some people dress up; some people do not. The Arts and Culture Centre is pleased to provide a smoke-free environment. Tickets are non-refundable. * If you are anticipating an emergency call, you may leave your pager or cell phone with the House Manager, or Head Usher.
