Performing Artist in Residence Program (AIR) The Arts and Culture Centre (ACC) will be implementing an Artist in Residence (AIR) program across its six centres in Newfoundland and Labrador. Arts and Culture Centres are an important resource to the creative community in their regions providing fully equipped theatres, personnel, workshop and rehearsal space, gallery space, and gathering areas. ACC provides accessible buildings and attempts to program a wide variety of arts presentation and programs to a general audience. The AIR program endeavours to provide successful applicants an opportunity to use our resources in their creative efforts, while making connections to the community that will enhance the experience of residents with their local ACC.
