Main Stage Rental Fee - PerformancesIncludes main stage, house, dressing rooms, stage door area, technical supervisor, maintenance/janitorial services, loading dock, and basic house audio & lighting equipment. Performance day rentals also include: public areas and free parking. A non-refundable deposit may be requested.
Performances & RehearsalsMain Theatre Performance: Commercial (for profit) performance - $500 vs 10% per performance (Sunday – Thursday) Commercial (for profit) performance - $600 vs 10% per performance (Friday – Saturday) Non Commercial (not for profit) performance - $250 vs 5% per performance (Sunday – Thursday) Non Commercial (not for profit) performance - $300 vs 5% per performance (Friday – Saturday) *The percentage charges are capped (maximum charge) at twice the basic rental fee
