SynopsisThe Trans-Canada Highwaymen (TCH) are a Canadian supergroup (your words, not ours), comprised of an all-star lineup of musicians including Moe Berg from The Pursuit of Happiness, Chris Murphy from Sloan, Craig Northey from Odds, and Steven Page, former member of the Barenaked Ladies. These four guys have known each other for decades and each has penned countless iconic songs that have enriched Canadian culture, now they’re hitting the road together as band. In keeping with their credo of "play the hits," TCH's upcoming tour showcases songs from their 2023 album, Explosive Hits Vol. 1, featuring fresh interpretations of Canadian classics such as “Undun” by The Guess Who and “Pretty Lady” by Lighthouse. Each of these celebrated Canadian icons will take center stage to perform their own hits too, while the others provide A-list backing. The TCH show promises to delight with a setlist packed full of Can-rock classics. Expect to hear your favorites like “I’m an adult now,” “Hard to laugh,” and “She’s so young” (The Pursuit of Happiness); “Underwhelmed,” “The Other Man,” and “The Rest of My Life” (Sloan); “It Falls Apart,” “Someone Who's Cool,” and “Make You Mad” (Odds); and “The Old Apartment,” “Brian Wilson,” and “Jane” (Barenaked Ladies).
